It was admirable, magnificent trip! My friends and I jointly decide, what it was the best tour in our practice! Everything were organise perfectly, we met only politeness and kindness from every person (our guides, drivers, etc...)... The first class hotels, which you booked for us, add to our exelent impression! Actualy I hadn't met so high level of services even during my trip in Europe and US! But the most impresive for us was the Peru - magnificant country, as much different and colorful, as mistery... During last week I devided me impressions with colleques, friends, parents and everybody were surprise with my story. You have opened Peru for us! I am pleased to share our travel experience provided by www.perutourism.com and Viviana, our consultant. We chose the private guide option. The provided local guides were professional in dress and demeanor, very knowledgeable, adjusted to our interests and always on time. Our guides appeared to be quite superior to other English-speaking guides that we observed. Everything was provided as promised. Our overall evaluation of our experiences is very outstanding. Now, I want to share the parts of our experience that go far beyond merely outstanding. Viviana gave us identification cards for the provided medical insurance. I didn’t expect to need the cards, never needing medical attention while traveling in more than 40 countries. Unexpectedly, I needed medical attention in the middle of our trip and spent a night in a clinic hooked up to IV fluids and medications. Viviana adjusted our schedule and rebooked guides and accommodations to maximize our remaining time. A few minutes before boarding our return flight to Houston, my wife was hit by the same bug. Again, the medical insurance became very valuable. Viviana immediately booked us into an airport hotel until we were able to return home. Words are inadequate to describe our gratitude for how Viviana and PeruTourism handled our entire trip, including the unexpected. They certainly have our highest recommendation.

Dear Carla, I was going to email you as well to let you know how wonderful our trip was and much we appeciated how well the organizaton of the trip went. When we planned the trip we were nervous about how the transfers from airports to hotels and how the connection with the tour guides would work. The actual experience was outstanding. We were so impressed at the efficiency of the staff that you selected to work with us. They were always there at the scheduled time. The tour guides for the sites we visited in the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu were outstanding. I posted some comments on Peru Tourism Trip Advisory website. The hotels we stayed at were wonderful and at the Aranwa Hotel we were given a room upgrade which made our entire trip experience even more enjoyable. I want to personally thank you for the time you took in working with me to plan and organize this trip. I would not hesitate to recommend Peru Tourism to anyone wishing to travel to Peru. Just a short note on our amazing trip to your beautiful country of Peru. This was the BEST trip we have ever taken in our many years of world travel! Every detail was professionally attended to by EVERY member of your team. ALL guides were above average in warmth, caring and professionalism. The destinations we experienced were just what we wanted, especially experiences involving the sacred and the beautiful. All restaurants were exceptionally beautiful and the food excellent! We were amazed each day at our experiences! The people of Peru were all very friendly and made us feel welcomed. We learned so much.....the crowning experience was Machu Pichu! (what an adorable town, the hotel had to be rated a 5-star, the buffet luncheon after our tour was awesome)...but what we were surprised about is that there is SO MUCH more to Peru that we ever knew about which we will share with others.
